What forms of payment do you accept? 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you are available for local meet-up you're welcome to pay with cash.

How secure is this store? 
We are PayPal Verified and this store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account in order to buy products from your store? 
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store.

Confirmed Address? 
An address is confirmed if the buyer’s credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft. We can ONLY ship to confirmed addresses. If you cannot confirm your shipping address your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded in full.

What is your return policy? 
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges. In the event that we send you the wrong item or size we will gladly replace your item for the correct one that you purchased.

SHIPPING 
How long does it take for items to arrive? 
We take 24-72 hours to process your order. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 2-5 business days. International orders usually take 6-10 days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

What shipping method do you use? 
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please contact us for international shipping rates.

How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping within the United State cost $17.000. International shipping orders are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do I get a tracking number? 
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address that was entered during check out once your order is processed for mailing. Updates on your package can be tracked using this number.  

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We never will sell and Fake, B Grade or Replica on our site.

How do the shoes come packaged? 
All shoes will be shipped double boxed and will come with the original box as well unless noted otherwise in the description.

Are shoes Deadstock (New, Never Worn)?

All shoes are sold in Deadstock condition unless noted otherwise in the description.

Is it possible to purchase shoes that are not shown on the site?

If you are looking for a shoe that is not listed on our site please send an email to [email protected] with the shoe style and size that you are looking for so that we can try to accommodate your request. Once we receive your email we will be able to let you know about pricing and the time frame it will take to get this item.
